I go every weekend. Brown sugar shaking espresso. SSDD, today as I sip my drink, the lid has a strong smell of lotion. So whomever put the lid on my drink should be wearing gloves or not be permitted to handle customers drinks. I cant even drink my coffee cause all I smell is teen lotion. Do better.
My expectations for Dunkin generally tend to be low, but this location has treated me very well. I have never had to wait long, and the employees are very kind!
I stopped recently because this one is close to home, the employees have attitudes. I did an online order/drive thru. I was handed two coffees and a small box of munchkins. They shut the window and just stood there, as I'm waiting for more items (two bagels). They hand me a bag with the two bagels. When I got home, I went to set one coffee down on my table and the lid popped off, coffee spilt everywhere. All over my chair (fabric), my wall/baseboard, ruined a blood pressure monitor.
