I got a regular iced coffee with mocha and liquid sugar. Which typically would taste wonderful. (From other dunkins) it tasted like they mixed tea in with the coffee. Absolutely disgusting! So much for my morning pick me up after a long restless night. Dunkin please do better, get better.
Got it wrong twice. Order med iced Carmel coffee and a Boston cream. Got a blueberry donut and a French vanilla swirl. Luckily,I guess, I checked it and got the donut swapped to the correct one. Unfortunately all they did with coffee is walk around the corner and take the sticker off. I definitely know the difference between French vanilla and caramel. Not stupid just fed up with lazy and inconsiderate people. Remember customers are how you get paid .
