This place was horrible to me. There is one old lady that works there after school gets out during the school rush. This lady is extremely unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, and thinks she is above everyone who walks in. This lady spills my drink on the floor, then continues to say to the other workers not to remake my drink. She said my drink was “unclaimed” after screaming at me not to grab my drink. It's your neighborhood Dunkin'. I've seen better and I've seen worse. I've also seen a lot of reviews being like "There wasn't any jelly in the jelly donuts!" That's not on this specific Dunkin'; that's on Dunkin' Corporate. Channel your anger accordingly.
Customer service was very bad. I asked for a large coffee and then changed to XL. The employee at the cashier register got mad and started to rush me and argued with me. I was the only one in line.
