walked in sat Nov 29th, the two girls working there were very loudly moaning about how slow the time was going, till the end of their shift, they used filthy language too, i'm glad i didn't have grandkids with me. i ordered, and sat down, they never called my order, even though i gave my name, so i came up to the counter to see what was taking so long, and there was my drink & donut just sitting there. try to avoid this location if you can... oh and there was a homeless man begging outside, just to top off my experience...
The lady that took my order today was so rude. In the middle of taking my order she starts talking to another employee (no please hold or anything) then when she asks “is that it?” i say “no” and while i’m saying what else i want she cuts me off, completes the order and tells me to move forward. she then says “oh what did you want?” i said “nevermind” when i get to the window my order wasn’t even correct. Excellent customer service and food is always hot and amazing!!
My favorite go to spot before I hit route 40 for work. Every one is pleasant and is always working in sync to fulfill the customers orders.
