Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. The app glitched and my order didn't go through until 5 minutes after I placed it. The staff were kind enough to proritize preparing my order so I didn't miss my Lyft Ride.
So the thieves at this location stole $10 of my money by selling out of stock kcups then refusing to refund the transaction. And of course Dunkin's customer "service" is nonexistent. Phones are down, online chat is disabled, and emails go ignored for days on end. And this is supposed to be a nationally recognized franchise? What a joke.
