Wow! I have been to this location a few times, during business hours, and the doors are locked! Drive thru is' open', but they don't have the food available. Service, if you can call it that, is non-existent. We called by phone to pre-order something (they are a Baskin -Robins also), but were simply hung up on. A called corporate to let them know the situation but haven't been back to see if it's been fixed.
The SWEETEST girls are working behind the counter. They are truly so kind and made our day (and made our coffee perfectly too)!!!
The ladies that work there are so nice and hard working! 💜 I go there 1-3 times duly for coffee ✨throws glitter✨
Bad customer service! They have very rude staff especially the girl with all the pierces on her face is extremely rude and hateful. Also lobby is always closed the parking lot has potholes all over the place. Afraid to drive through parking lot.Because you will damage your car
Nastiest coffee ive ever had and the hashbrowns taste freezer burnt and under cooked.
