i've had nothing but respect from each and every employee from the dunkin donuts located at 2427 main street in bridgeport ct 06606 from the new store manager miss shanda the district manager brother josh who btw don't put up with no shit both ways it doesn't matter if your a customer doing something wrong and he's trying to get you to listen to him if you start running your mouth towards his employees and he hears it personally by witnessing it he will ban you from his stores for good and if an employee disrespects a custom... read more
I am a regular customer at this location and typically have a great experience, however, today was not the case. One of the items ordered was to have whipped cream and it did not. The staff who is generally very kind, quickly made it right but when handing it through the window it was dripping with coffee so, i kindly asked for napkins to wipe it off and when finished I laid the soaked napkins on the ledge of the window since the staff were away from the window at the time.
