Received excellent customer service from Ebony. My order was on time The environment was clean, The order was freshly made.
Used to be a staple in the neighborhood but now their food is horribly made and the customer service is ridiculous. I put in an online order for donuts, got there and was told there were none available (at 11am on a Saturday), and was told that I couldn’t be refunded for my order. The iced coffee was so bad that I had to toss it. Was such a gem before, definitely needs an upgrade in management.
I do not recommend visiting this place. There is an individual here who treats customers very poorly—almost as if he were working for free. I cannot understand why the management does not deal firmly with such individuals; they need to be trained on how to interact with customers properly.
Very displeased with my service here today. I will not return.
