They water down the cold brew 85% of the time. Pretty sure they eye it out theh they mix in water cause its never right and like water an cream most of the time. Edit: they finally fixed the cold brew and is on par with every other dunkin now

I loved the customer service from your worker Faith she has such good energy and made my day one hundred percent better i will be coming back every day just for her wonderful customer service
Despite the one rude guy in the morning who clearly hates his job EVERYONE here is fantastic and so kind. Especially the kids in the afternoon, they are my favorite and never have a bad attitude and always greet me with a smile and my order is ALWAYS correct when they make it. Give them a raise lol <3
The service is so slow in the morning, every morning.... I stood in line for 10 minutes and still didn't make it to the counter... I just left.... The employees are nice and do their job well there's just not enough people working at peak hours I guess
