Ignorant beyond recognition. I walked in for a cup of coffee, donut and wanted a cup of water probably from the tap. It was after 5 so I wasn't expecting fresh donuts but I also wasn't expecting flies inside the donut case....more to my dismay he charged me $1.99 for a cup of water. I proceeded to ask him to stop making the coffee and put the donut back. Absolutely abhorrent service. So I have never ordered from here, but I go here quite often. I have stomach issues and since this dunkin is around the middle point to where I work I tend to stop here to use the restroom probably around once a week. I really appreciate the employees not telling me to go away since I dont typically buy much from here. The bagel was hard as a rock and was inedible, waste of money and too far to go back to replace.
