I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I waited about 25 minutes for just one sandwich while there were at least five staff members behind the counter chatting, joking around, and even counting their tip jar instead of helping customers. To make things worse, I specifically ordered extra egg and sausage, but after the long wait, my sandwich didn’t even include what I paid for. The service felt unprofessional and inattentive. Long time waiting here nobody night shift sleeping all time
5 am March 11 2026 The girl working there had just cleaned the floors and then with no gloves on, she served me coffee and made my breakfast with her bare hands. It’s just awful wow
Not the worst, but also no the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve seen. There is only a limited selection of donuts and there is only one person at the cash register. The donut wasn’t the best either. For a gas station, it is okay.
The lady was very rude. I have a disability and do not know how to use the kiosk. She refused to serve me at the register and came over to the kiosk and when I did not know how to use it she started getting aggravated and I told her this is why I wanted you to ring me up. She gets mad and says it’s not her job very unprofessional and argumentative she should be fired. That is no way to talk to customers.
