First, I want to say, It's so easy to talk negative about things that happened at Dunkin Donuts, on this podium, quite frankly, you're doing it in a way the proper people will not get the message or be able to respond. Literally some of the rudest people I have ever met. Asked to add hashbrowns to my order when I got to the window which I know is inconvenient for them but obviously not the hardest thing in the world. Especially if you haven’t paid yet. She told me that it was ‘too late for that’ because they were busy. Ordered a shaken espresso with light milk and they give me the milkiest/lightest drink I’ve seen. this is my bagel with “extra cream cheese”. not sure why i’m being charged for cream cheese, much less extra cream cheese, when they can’t even put it on both halves of the bagel.
