Early morning, grabbed the necessities, quick and friendly. Great service in a timely manner.
Ordered a cold brew with milk, was handed what looked like a regular iced coffee. I asked to make sure it was a cold brew and window person confirmed. Tasted it and whatta you know, it tasted like a regular iced coffee. So irritating.
Tahairy was amazinggggg.. I've been to many Dunkin Donuts before with average customer service, so I know when someone is going above and beyond. She was pleasant from the drive thru speaker to the window and we did'nt have to ask for napkins. As a business owner of a bakery "Perfect PoundCakes"... these are tye types of customer service reps i love and wish I had more of.
