Ordered a cold brew with milk, was handed what looked like a regular iced coffee. I asked to make sure it was a cold brew and window person confirmed. Tasted it and whatta you know, it tasted like a regular iced coffee. So irritating.
Tahairy was amazinggggg.. I've been to many Dunkin Donuts before with average customer service, so I know when someone is going above and beyond. She was pleasant from the drive thru speaker to the window and we did'nt have to ask for napkins. As a business owner of a bakery "Perfect PoundCakes"... these are tye types of customer service reps i love and wish I had more of.
They are awesome. Cleaned store and washroom. The stuffs are actually very nice.
The store is consistently clean, including the bathroom, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. However, the coffee I've ordered multiple times is consistently bitter.
