The wife and I stop here often for the Coffee mostly and we can say without a doubt that the coffee is always spot on. There is no guessing as to weather or not the coffee will be light/dark/burnt etc. The manager there, I believe her name is Stacy, is sooooo friendly and from what we see the place is spotless. Whatever the employees are getting paid I'm sure it's not enough!
I have been going to this location almost for three months now every morning. I order the same thing every single time. I paid for my food and then was handed a drink I didn’t order. I stated that, she quickly told me no you ordered this. I remained calm and she walked away saying something to the manager. She was the darker hair, heavy set woman who works in the morning. I will not support this place again. It’s never that serious especially being 65 selling donuts, it’s time to grow up and learn customer service.
We stopped here on our way home. Employees were attentive courteous and extremely polite. Drinks were made perfect and it’s one of the very first times that my coffee was mixed and didn’t had to do it myself. If in the area will stop again!
Stacy is the manager at this location and is hateful and rude. I tried to contact corporate to give an official complaint because we left because she was so rude. I was unable to get on touch with anyone and would appreciate someone reaching out to me so I can explain what happened. This restaurant has a 3 star and can only imagine it going down more and more and lost sales because of her attitude.
Clean fast service. I got a free dozen donuts
