The ladies at this Dunkin are absolutely amazing!! Their care, attention to detail, and wonderful customer service make my visits so special!! Plus, the coffee and breakfast wraps are tasty!!
I pull up to the drive through with my mobile order ready to place- there’s a cluster of Dunkin’s in the area, im not familiar with so I wanted to confirm the address before paying~ THE MANAGER says “are you kidding me” “why don’t you just place your order here” -the poor girl at the window apologized for her manager. That should never happen. 1.) I get bonus points for placing mobile orders. 2.) There was no one in line and it took less time to confirm the address and pay then it would have taken to place my order with you ... read more
