This Dunkin is always great with drink suggestions when ypu aren't quite sure what you want. They always have friendly staff and everything is fresh and the wait is rarely long at all. I never go in so I cant say much for thw atmosphere.
HORRIBLE customer service! One of the girls who hands out food acts like it is a huge inconvenience to have a customer at the window. When I talked to the evening manager about my experience she pretty much shrugged it off stating "yeah, a lot of customers complain about her" and then goes on to tell me that I need to say something to the girl next time I go through. There is never a greeting and never a thank you! Terrible experience time after time. I do not recommend.
