This is the 3rd and final time we will come to this DD. Our order today- avocado toast and Bacon, egg & cheese on bagel. The food was given to us in a bag, followed by a polite "have a nice day". Appreciate the courtesy but hey you forgot our drinks. Coffee was made and bottle of water provided. We headed out and discovered the avocado toast was burnt and the egg sandwich was on a croissant with no cheese. The last two attempts provided what tasted like 2 day old coffee and wrong food order that took 30 minutes to get.

Usually, I leave rave reviews. Actually, this might be my first bad one ever.. The atmosphere this morning was awful. Yes, they were a little busy, but not overly. My order was wrong, even though I was very specific and they weren't custom drinks, they were menu drinks. No one was friendly. There were no names taken for orders so I had to hope that I wasn't grabbing someone else's order. My daughter went later and the drive-thru staff were rude to her. Run by young employees who do not listen. Order was given clearly but was received incorrectly. Then waited 20 minutes to have it corrected. Person making sandwiches should be fired due to slowness. Be prepared to wait.

We came at 8:54 they close at 9. They said the coffee was poured out so all they can do is a latte. They were rude and inconvenienced but there was even 2 cars behind me. Ok fine I asked for hazelnut pumps and vanilla added not the 1 was added it was bitter and a waste of a 20 minute drive one way. She said there drawer was even closed so they couldn’t accept my payment. I understand they were closing but at that point just say your closed and don’t accept orders.
