This was my first time at this location, and I had a great experience. There were a few cars in the drive-thru, but the line moved quickly. The young lady who waited on me was awesome, and she had no problem adding another item to my order. Great service, friendly staff, and a nice, clean store. I’ll definitely be back!
Not one person working here has a clue about customer service. Three people standing around doing nothing and can’t get anyone to take my order. When finally got my coffee it was room temp. Asked get a hot cup of coffee and was treated like I was asking the impossible.
Lizzy and Valeria are very courteous and professional. Enjoy the hot coffee and their exceptional service.
My latte was made without coldfoam and I called and asked if they could make me one with cold foam she said yes. When I went back through she said she’d add cold foam to the drink they already gave me and handed me back my drink with whipped cream.. I made sure they knew at the window it was to be cold foam, and she confirmed she was the one who spoke to me on the phone.
