Stopped in at Dunkin and had a really frustrating experience. I waited in the drive-thru line, got my order, and realized an item was missing. I went inside, and they did acknowledge me and I explained the issue and was told, “Okay, let me get that for you.” After that, I stood there waiting for about 15 minutes with no follow-up or update. Ended up leaving without the rest of my order. Really disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of follow-through on customer service.
Very kind workers. Food was made correctly.
