I placed a curbside order at this Dunkin’ for a strawberry energy punch and waited in my car for over 20 minutes. No one came out. The store wasn’t even busy—one employee was outside smoking, others were just on their phones. I went inside to ask if curbside was still working. I showed up before 5pm. The lobby was locked. I walked in the rain because I literally live a 2 minute walk away. I tried the doors. Locked. One person in there. She made eye contact with me. Didn't open the doors. I walked around to the drive thru and stopped at the box. A camera is there. As an ex drive thru worker, I know they can turn on the mics without a car there and can see a bright rainbow umbrella. I love double frosted coffee rolls! Some of the places only do one or the other. This place does the glaze and frosting on top! Love that.
