Amanda the lady working drive thru threw our coffee at us with the cap off and was yelling at her coworkers freaking out in drive thru. Do better. No way that’s okay for you to treat your fellow coworkers and customers. Will never return.feel so bad for the women that was getting treated poorly when she was a hard worker but Amanda with the short hair should not have a job there for the way she treats everyone
Tired of them shutting down frozen drinks early so they don't have to clean it at closing. Not the first or even 5th time I've been told that it is shutdown for cleaning at this location only. If you offer to wait they will tell they're not setting it back up until tomorrow. This was never the case but new people working and cutting corners to leave early. I wanted to share an experience I had at this Dunkin' location on June 11. I've been a regular customer here for quite some time because the staff is always friendly, helpful, and consistently provides great service. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. I went through the drive-thru and requested three assorted boxes of Munchkins (25 per box, for a total of 75 Munchkins). I was told by the manager, Kayla, that this was a "large order" and that I should come inside. I explained that I was on my way to take my son to ... read more
