The manger has a very poor attitude. All over me asking for a banana donut. She had to raise her voice and tell my fiancee and I that know dunkin has ever sold banana donuts. Sorry thats false. They messed up my prefer twice, once in the drive thru and then the window. They have me a large I've with about 6 cubes in it. I asked for a separate cup of ice they said they was going to charge me for the cup of ice. I told them to remake my coffee then and the girl snatched it off of my girls game. Then the manager said "well she is training" as if it's ok to give someone an attitude. So I told her that had nothing to do with training and she told me it was ok.
The cashier was rude and unprofessional. She did not ask if I wanted to select my donuts myself and handled them with an attitude. This needs improvement.
Horrible service, absolutely horrible!! The skinny older white guy was SO RUDE!!! I will NEVER come back to this location again!! Stay away!!!!
