Love going here, the food is good, most the staff are friendly but can hear yelling about being on a timer or "why are they still here? What's going on?" from the window when paying. Or the person being taking my order being interrupted, by someone that seems to have an attitude every single time. Feel very rushed due to this.
everytime i come to this dunkin, the caramel skin girl with lashes i believe her name is “hope” always has a nasty attitude and gives horrible customer service. and also the girl with red hair always tells me somethings closed when she don’t want to make it at 7:30, and when asked to speak to manager she said she is manager of shift. theres always just a lot of gossip in here when i’m ordering my coffee in lobby. DO BETTER WARWICK AVE!!!
This is my favorite dunkin to go to, Amanda and Lisa are amazing in the early morning, They know my order as soon as i pull up to the speaker. They always greet me with a smile and make sure to tell me to have great day and see you tomorrow!
Amanda the lady working drive thru threw our coffee at us with the cap off and was yelling at her coworkers freaking out in drive thru. Do better. No way that’s okay for you to treat your fellow coworkers and customers. Will never return.feel so bad for the women that was getting treated poorly when she was a hard worker but Amanda with the short hair should not have a job there for the way she treats everyone
