I ordered on the mobile app and purchased a bagel & chicken biscuit the mobile app doesn’t give you any option for condiments i normally get the cream cheese on the side i was guessing just ask at the window I get to the drive thru window because i didn’t won’t my cream cheese on the bagel they wanted me to pay an extra $1.60 for cream cheese not only that jelly suppose to come with the chicken biscuit which i didn’t receive I was also asked to pay for jelly idk what kind of scam Dunkin is running But something has to be don... read more
They employees are always friendly and the donuts are normally decent but the employees cannot seem to get a drink order right. How hard is it to not put ice in a drink when someone specifically says no ice twice and how hard is it to discern between Almond milk and regular milk. Those aren't hard requests. If someone is asking for almond milk over whole milk there is normally a reason.
