Been there 2 or 3 times. Ordered a hot decaf coffee. Everytime its ice cold. They can't heat it up, no microwaves. Also, they will fill every order of all the fancy drinks. Can't get just a hot cup of coffee.
Terrible the little money I had left I used on a refresher and hot latte and after waiting FOREVER and having to repeat my order 5 times because they weren’t listening, I ordered a white chocolate latte hot with whip cream and extra sweetener, they gave me a hot original coffee with a mocha swirl no whipped cream no extra sweetener.
