I was staying over for a night, this had to be the actual worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. I ordered a dunkalatte, which I get every day. I know what it tastes like. I waited a good 15 minutes and when I finally got my order it was not made with the coffee milk. The whole point of a dunkalatte. It was not sweet at all. I asked nicely to have it remade I understand mistakes happen, no big deal. on the weekend mornings this is the only takeout place to get coffee, and the lines are ridiculously long. if the people running Ballys cared which there are many examples they don’t, they would do better.. I like Dunkin coffee, but if they were trying to make the world’s worst bagel, they would get 5 stars for that.

Super lento el servicio para que al final después de esperar casi 20 minutos ser atendidos salgan con que no podmeos usar el método de pago Rewards de la app... Solo una persona tomando ordenes y otra preparando.. Necesitan más personal aquí y evitar esa largas filas de espera para un café.. Ni intentes buscar ordenar en línea por que tampoco reciben órdenes. Si en pereona no se dan a basto atendiendo mucho menos si agregan la opción de ordenar en línea
