It was terrible experience. I waited too long in the line with my kids then this indian guy pop up and saying I am a loyalty member here so they will take me first I said I dont care if he is loyalty member as I waited too long first before him and dunkin donut crew black lady just took him because of the membership. Extremely rude, nobody speaks English and they’re incompetent and can’t make orders correctly because of it. They don’t know what a cappuccino is despite me showing them a screenshot of the app that tells them how to make it.

Avoid this Dunkin especially when it’s busy. We usually go there when we’re visiting Atlantic City and they mess up the order every.single.time. Ordered a black coffee and a green tea. Ended up with a coffee with cream and a matcha latte. Both my husband and I have dairy allergies. Brought it back and they screwed it up again. Left without the correct order and no refund was offered.

The floor was unclean and sticky. I am unable to determine when it was last cleaned, but my husband required coffee before the two hour drive home. Also, cash is not an option in the store. If you want to use cash, you must use the Dunkin kiosk before you enter the store.
