We were waiting on by a very sweet lady, her service was great for was great,but there was another employee there who was mad about something, and was throwing stuff making a mess and yelling I just walked out my husband said she went to the back and kept screaming, made for a very uncomfortable situation for everyone in there.
I frequent this location almost daily. You sure can tell when corporate is in town and when they aren’t. Last week everything ran smoothly and quickly. Today…. Back to their normal nonsense and chaos. Sad that corporate can’t get them on the right track. I can say their newest male employee is the friendliest one they have.
ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches- neither had egg on them. ordered a bagel with butter- came with cream cheese. worker taking our order seemed confused by their own items and the entire transaction. didn’t receive a receipt so can’t do a survey that way. iced coffee was good at least.
Very quick, good service, delicious coffee.
I came through the drive thru today and when the worker opened the window she smelled like pot. How does her manager not smell this?? Are they not drug testing their employees? Absolutely disgusting and wont be going there again.
