Placing a mobile order of a coffee to be picked up via drive thru and waiting over 25 minutes in line to receive the order. Very unfortunate.
Waited patiently at the front counter to order a breakfast meal (that I had seen over the weekend on a commercial) only to be told after 15 minutes that they weren't doing food right now because the oven was broken. It would have been nice to be told that food was not an option as I was the only new person standing in line for that long if a time.
This particular site is a chaotic mess! I've gone the 2 times, both times had placed an order on the mobile app. The people that work there are sooo confused. I had to tell them what I wanted when I got there, took forever to get my order and had been told they did not have the cold brew when in fact they did. What a zoo!
Waited over 30 mins to even get my order in because they only do one by one orders in the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous.
