I went there a few months ago to get a drink for a friend and the employee thought I asked for 3 separate coffees when I was clear as day asking for 3 shots of hazelnut in the coffee (only time I said the number 3) and the manger was so rude to me, slamming the window in my face while I was apologizing. Never again will I bother with people like that.
Bought some munchkins near closing time and they were great, the staff was really friendly - no issues getting in and out.
First of all, the store closes at 8:00 PM. I placed an online order at 7:05 PM for a small decaf coffee and arrived at the store at 7:15 PM. The coffee was not ready. When I asked the manager about it, I was told, “Oh, we’re done serving decaf for tonight,” and they refused to brew a fresh pot. I then had to request a refund. Apparently, with 45 minutes left before closing, that was not enough time to make a pot of coffee.
