Every single day there is something wrong with our hot coffee order. Today it was cold and had cream in it, instead of milk as ordered. Most days there are coffee grounds in the bottom, and it tastes old. Worst location in Torrington, unfortunately it's the most convenient for us.
Was quiet about good service. The Multigrain bagel was really good
This is one of my go to Dunkins. They always get my order right. Usually staff is cheerful and polite, however, it is hit or miss and I can always tell when the employee either loves their job, or dislikes it (that is everywhere though). In the end, I can't complain, I'm not there for anything else besides my coffee. I tip regardless and hopefully that helps out because I know they aren't getting paid as much as they should be.
