If they could only listen and fill an order correctly,I stop for a coffee EVERY day and to be honest 3 days out the week they either made the coffee wrong or forgot apart of the order
I was the only person at the counter, waited 10 mins, a employee finally came around the corner just to walk by me and take a drive thru order. I was the only person in the parking lot before the other customer came through the drive thru. Horrible customer service, I won't go to this Dunkins for awhile 😔
Always wait over 10 minutes in the drive through.
