Constantly mess up my drink order. This time when I asked to have it remade (so much sugar it hurt my teeth) I was told to smile and cheer up. I wouldn't have been annoyed if the drunk was right.

They are kind of rude and always mess up your order and they are more expensive then other dunkin's in the area.
