We do mobile orders and lately they can't seem to get our orders right. We order double egg: no double egg, double bacon ordered: no double bacon. They catch the change of bread but not the change of cheese. We've paid for those things, stop stealing from us! Having enough staff on hand would help!
Place needs to be cleaned up so dirty.
This Dunkin is the worst in the area with wait times and order accuracy. I would not normally leave a bad review, but I have been to this Dunkin three, THREE, times this week and the wait time has been more that 10 minutes and my food order has been wrong each day. Today, I placed a mobile order at 7:17 AM and arrived at this location at 7:35. My drink was ready and was perfect.
