This Dunkin is the worst in the area with wait times and order accuracy. I would not normally leave a bad review, but I have been to this Dunkin three, THREE, times this week and the wait time has been more that 10 minutes and my food order has been wrong each day. Today, I placed a mobile order at 7:17 AM and arrived at this location at 7:35. My drink was ready and was perfect. Ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich for dine-in. After 15 minutes, I asked about my sandwich and the girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Another customer was waiting in line and she was there for a solid 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her. Sent a feedback request to the email on the receipt and didn't, and don't expect to get an answer. This place is an absolute clown-show so don't even bother wasting your time going here.
Ive visited multiple times in the dark morning hours. The staff has always been super sweet & helpful with answering my questions, making reccomendations & proficiently delivering my exact order.
This is the worst Dunkin ever they clearly don’t train they workers and the quality is always trash
