A young man prepared my macchiato. While preparing the froth, a part fell off and dropped into the coffee. He dig his hand in and fished it out. He went to the faucet and ran some water and put more milk in the SAME cup. He then noticed me watching him. I told him I wanted a refund. I was told to call the 800#. I called and told them what happened. They offered me a choice between points and a refund. I chose the refund.
