Very well organized location. Excellent customer service.
This store is a hot mess. A hot hot mess. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Peet's Coffee on the other side of the street. They purposely leave out ingredients to your drinks. I tasted no caramel in my coffee, kindly asked them to fix it since it's what I ordered, and they looked at me like I was crazy. Please love yourself and go to another Dunkin. I love Dunkin, but this store specifically will never get my coin ever again.
Ok experience, fast service. I often do mobile orders but they never place them at the mobile order counter. They always mix them in with the other orders and theyre inconsistent with calling out nunbers, so you have to walk up and physically find your order. Super annoying.
What's the point of having a mobile pick up shelf if you're not going to put anything on it? I waited 10 minutes for my order, just to find out it was on the counter for the entire time. Remove the shelf to eliminate confusion.
Super busy, lots of pickup orders. I placed an order at the counter and waited about 5-10 mins for my food.
