This place isn’t worth going to unless the manager is working. When he’s not there, the entire staff move at 1/4 speed. They’ll stand there and have personal conversations while there’s a line out the door. The heavy set lady that works the registers is the worst. She acts like the customers are lucky she’s taking order at all. I’ve stopped going to the place if the manager isn’t there. It’s a completely different experience.they should can then all and start new. That crew is awful when the boss isn’t around.

my time at this Dunkin’ Donuts was horrible. These people were rude. They took their time taking orders, making drinks and making food it was very clear that the older woman working was making the shift miserable for everybody involved. They forgot my cream cheese and then made me repay for the cream cheese because I didn’t have my receipt anymore. And they gave me the wrong bagel type. honestly, the worst experience of my life.
