I asked for the Ice Cloud Latte made with cream instead of the standard milk recipe. Barista told me that I didn't have that option because a Latte is only made with milk and not cream. I had to let her know a Latte can be made with cream which is called a "Breve." I got tired of them always telling me no. This time I finally stood up and didn't take no for an answer. This location always has the rudest employees. Zero customer service skills or appreciation. However, they’ve always made drinks and food as ordered and expected. But today I ordered the wake up wrap and substituted white cheddar for American.. still got American.. which is fine but they substituted the white tortilla for something else. It ruined the entire taste of the wrap that I’ve gotten a thousand times. A chain restaurant going rogue on inventory is uncalled for.
