I don't expect 5 star service from a DD, but I'm thinking the owners might want to ask why there's like, 4 employees there today, almost no customers, and my husband was completely ignored waiting at the front counter while I was in the restroom. They did not have the snacking bacon. Which is pretty much the norm for most Dunks I find, if you go later in the day. But their hash browns were hot, and my frozen coffee with xtra toasted almond was perfect.
Horrible customer service including the manager refusing to make a 7 dollar drink over again because they messed it up,there rude and unprofessional and would recommend any Dunkin other than this one
