Didn’t give me my donut I paid for. No straw for my drink. Both of my bagels are stale and cold.
7/1/25 3pm - Ordered 2 Cookie Dough frozen coffees in the drive-thru. Asked if there are any butternut donuts, server stated “No, we’re all out.” Kinda implying there were no donuts at all. Besides the point, we pay & get the drinks. The specialty cookie dough coffees are advertised with whipped cream & sauce on the inside etc etc and there was nothing on/in them. Got a turkey sausage sandwich. It was good enough. Drinks are ok but very few low sugar options.
Workers were rude here as well! I've made another review on another dunkins and this one was less uncomfortable and more rude if anything. Teen girls were rude about another customer minding their business and it was so unprofessional and upsetting.
