Didn’t give me my donut I paid for. No straw for my drink. Both of my bagels are stale and cold.
7/1/25 3pm - Ordered 2 Cookie Dough frozen coffees in the drive-thru. Asked if there are any butternut donuts, server stated “No, we’re all out.” Kinda implying there were no donuts at all. Besides the point, we pay & get the drinks. The specialty cookie dough coffees are advertised with whipped cream & sauce on the inside etc etc and there was nothing on/in them. We asked if there was supposed to be and she said “No you have to ask for it separately, it gets charged separately.” Mind you the total for the 2 drinks was $11 &... read more
Got a turkey sausage sandwich. It was good enough. Drinks are ok but very few low sugar options.
