I usually stop in here every morning on the way to work. The guys at the window have my order memorized. Starting at around 7am they are usually getting slammed at the drive thru. They keep it moving though so even though the car line looks long the wait isn’t.
Placed a mobile order at 2:40 on Christmas Day. Waited in line, no one said anything at the ordering screen so we pulled around to the window. Was told they were closed. I asked when they closed and the very rude man inside yelled 2:00. I asked how I’m going to get my money back for my mobile order and they told me contact Dunkin for a refund.
