I ordered some items from the mobile app and they weren’t good…. The sausage wake up wrap tastes old and the matcha was not great. It was not made well and just mostly milk.
always messes up the order, they gave me the wrong drink and then when i went back in they said it was the right drink and then they remade the drink and still gave me the wrong drink.
After every experience being a 10 out of 10, I just felt the need to write a review. All of the staff, but even more specifically the morning shifts Monday through Friday are so friendly, efficient, and have never disappointed. My drink is always consistent, my food always tastes perfect, and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever gone to. Management/owners, please appreciate your staff and recognize how rare this is in the fast food industry. :)
