The way they make a sandwich and get the bread just right is so good. Also, they’re quick. Rochesters populated with slow working people, this place gets things done. 🫡
I have genuinely never had a good experience here. Every few months I come back and try it again to try to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt, and every time I am reminded why I shouldn’t come here. I’m talking over 10+ years. Staff never notices you in line, so you wait about 5 to 10 minutes and then just walk out, attitude from employees if you go through the drive thru, I mean literally saying “yeah what do you want cause it’s gunna be a while whatever it is” when pulling up (with no other customers in line), I’ve ... read more
