Amazing customer service, very kind staff!
I always come to dunkin for the same thing, I asked for a coffee creamer freeze which was made incorrectly then I was charged again for the coffee ! I then had to park to wait for the coffee just for them to literally put it in a new cup with just whipped cream on top. The coffee tastes like water so I paid extra for a coffee that was not made properly and then I call the store there is no answer at all! This is unprofessional and I want a refund or a free coffee! Immediately!
Kevin prepared a delicious sandwich, highly recommended
Order was wrong. Called and no answer. Went back next day and manager didn't care my 19.00 order was wrong(pics, receipt and phone log) he was rude and said nothing he could do. Won't be back to that one. That man is horrible
