went here after work, i got off at like 7:30 and i just wanted an apple fritter but when i stopped by the drive thru there was an ai voice saying they were closed even though they dont even close until 8:00.... i understand as a previous barista/food service worker wanting to start closing tasks early and stuff but closing 10-15 minutes before youre officially closed is unprofessional at least have an actual person be at the speaker
Rude employees and management i use to work there i got fired for doing nothing wrong the manager was just extremely ignorant my wife currently works there and she tells me all the time how some employees dont do their side work or wears their airpods even tho its against rules or they talk back to owner and manager but they still have their job but I did none of that but I get letgo so im starting to think dunkin only hires lazy and ignorant employees that cant do their job correctly
I ordered a cappuccino and it’s not even full.
