I understand its just coffee and all but ive had two back to back experiences with this specific location and the customer service from the two cashiers I encountered were not that pleasant. And I want to enjoy this location as my regular stop because it would be convenient for me but again I personally have not experienced what's been said in previous reviews about the greatness of the staff
Went from being the BEST DD COFFEE shop in two states to the worst.....How the hell does that even happen....? Guess that is why no one goes here anymore.....
Terrible service, employees walk around like zombies. I blame the manager for such lousy service. Too much focus on the drive thru, counter customers have to wait.
Rudest morning crew, the drive thru window lady needs an attitude adjustment :)
