On March 24, 2026, at approximately 2:30 PM, I visited this location regarding a job application my son had recently submitted. Upon entering the store, the employee present noticed us but did not acknowledge or assist us for several minutes. I come to this Dunkin’ almost daily. I had ordered a double shot of espresso earlier and had accidentally spilled it and came back asking if they could give me another one. The rudest most unprofessional employee ever there named “Sophia” told me she would not give me another one because it was no fault of theirs. I told her as a consistent loyal customer it was the right thing to do and she argued that no it wasn’t.
