I’m giving this place a good review strictly because of the young man working there today 8/28/26 I did a mobile order and it was the slowest line I’ve ever been in so I walked inside and explained I had been waiting quite awhile and he so very professionally let me know they had two call outs and were training a new person and apologized. Kept his calm and was kind and I’m sure he hadn’t been getting many happy people with the wait times. Give him a raise for remaining kind and professional under that stress !
The workers are miserable they don't smile they don't say have a good day but they're quick to push that tip on us
I ordered a large latte, was served a large ice with milk that had maybe one shot of espresso in it. Instead of remaking it immediately, the employees at the counter tried to convince me that it was light because of the 4 shots of caramel swirl that I always get, and wanted to charge me for extra espresso. Eventually it was corrected after a second employee got involved.
My favorite Dunkin! Great team and fresh coffee. Christine at the window makes every morning cheerful! She's the best!!!
A lil messy but could be put together and cleaned easily just needs the right team.
