Competent but DEFINITELY not friendly. I saw another person post about one of the workers "great energy," but maybe she was the same race as the worker. This is an all Hispanic crew (every time I go in). They are never outright rude, but their non verbal communication screams that they prefer certain people over others. I never see curt, stone faced service when they are serving certain complexions. I've been to this location maybe 6 or 7 times. We're seeing this more and more in food service, and it's deplorable. I come to this Dunkin every Sunday and get the exact same excellent service. Yohanna is one of my many favorites there. Everyone is very polite and attentive.
