Mom and pop coffee shop, slow service that usually seems confused. I think it's the technology not the employees
While in line employee called a customer over who had just walked in and handed him what she called his usual then he asked for 2 donuts and she gave them to him. He asked her how much it was and said said usually around 12.00 so he handed her money and she took the money then proceeded to walk to the back. Not once did I see her go to the register.
