Food and service was horrible! 20.00 down the drain! Doughnut tucked.
Ordered online showed up said they didn’t have it had proof of order and confirmation number and still refused to give me my food and also stole $15 out of my pocket

I am an avid Dunkin’ Donuts goer along with working in the restaurant/bar industry myself and I was blown away with the AWFUL customer service. I attached a couple photos of the culprit hoping maybe if the woman is seen something can be done about it. I don’t enjoy writing reviews like this but something needs to be done. I read some reviews at this location and it seems to be the general consensus, the customer service here is below average. Go elsewhere.
They made the best sandwiches, drinks (love the refreshers!!) and freshest hash browns 😋
