It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. I typically don’t but this place is HORRIBLE. I went for my lunch break for a matcha, while it was HEAVILY raining outside, and I thought I heard the person over the intercom tell me I can begin my order, so I began. She abruptly cut me off in a rude and immature tone, telling me that they are short staffed and I cannot place my order. Every evening, they close at 8 but if you go at 6, they say they're cleaning their oven so they can't make food, that's ridiculous and a lie, they are lazy
Great in and out service
I placed an order through the drive-through and when I got to the window, I wanted to add something else. The employee said she couldn’t do anything hot or any food. The way it was handled felt rushed and dismissive. I understand policies and timing, but basic communication and courtesy go a long way. This experience could have been handled much better.
