Employees have nasty attitudes. I asked for a minute so my daughter could decide what she wanted, there was no one in line but us. After I told her I was ready to order she said “ you’re gonna have to wait we’re helping another customer” ok fine. Goddamn wheel breaking on arthur morgan street
I ordered an “ordinary black coffee, medium,” but when they asked, “Anything else?” I said, “That’s all.” They didn’t understand and kept asking the same question, so I said, “Nothing else to order,” but they still asked again. So I said, “I ordered only one coffee,” and only then did they finally understand and take my order. I don’t know why they had such a hard time understanding me. Very poor customer service. Nobody to cover the counter and only taking care of the take out window. They totally ignored me I even asked for help, nope nothing. Let's get some staff that wants to work!
Last couple times have order ice coffee with cream and get handed a coffee white as milk with cream. Just the color alone should be an indicator to add coffee to it. Don’t want to be rude so I take it but goes straight to the trash as it’s like drinking sugar milk, and another wasted $5
