Amazing service
Very bad customer service. Today's Dunkin Donuts lady staff around 4:30pm was rude to my little 7 year old daughter who was a regular customer. My daughter just asked for plain glazed donut instead of sprinkled donut the lady was trying to sell since plain glazed donut wasn't there on shelf. When my daughter said "no, not that, I want plain," the lady staff raised her voice rudely and intimidated the little kid. My daughter was frozen. We had to walk out without donut.
