The standard of Dunks in Florida is just going downhill fast. I’m spoiled being from Massachusetts where the doughnuts are full size, not shrunken down. Where the coffee orders are made fast and accurate and they don’t just care about moving people past the window to make their drive through numbers look good. I was told to wait at the front of the store after ordering coffee and they never came after 15 min I had to go inside but the guy inside was super helpful.
