Good service by Ana & the ladies. The donuts here are better than the average Dunkin location.
I hate that I’m writing this, this is the only Dunkin that I have found that makes everything right usually, but today was just not it. I came in on a Monday after morning rush only 3 cars in the drive through they sent all of us to the back parking to wait. No big deal at all, until I’m watching not one car but about 5 to 6 cars driving off with there stuff, I waited for about 10 mins before going inside to get my stuff. Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Been in drive thru for 15 minutes and still didn’t get my order. When I get to the window my order change to $12 from $3. Shift leader was ignorant and nobody seems to know customer service
Too many duplicated sets is trash shut it down
