First time: crunchy iced hot chocolate Second time: Battery acid coffee, first sip made me sick. Didn’t have hot food. Third time: half warm half icy cold bagel bites No more,,, please

Might be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location ever. They at least had donuts this time, unlike last time. I was reluctant to go back to this location after the last fiasco, but my son chose it and I thought to myself, hey, at least they have good coffee. Wrong. They can’t make any hot espresso drinks today. And they are out of all chocolate/mocha flavorings for any coffee. America may run on Dunkin’, but it looks like I will be running FROM Dunkin’ from now on.
I ordered 2 egg and cheese wraps.... Pretty simple. First they came out ice child. I was asked to drive back around and they would remake them. When I received them. They were burnt dark brown and inedible. I didn't have time to go back through the drive through because the wait was so long the first time and the second time..... Y'all that's not acceptable.
First time trying Dunkin itself and I'll never be back. Food was disgusting didn't even finish it. Order was completely messed up. And what little bit we did eat is upsetting our stomachs 🤮
