I don’t know how to start.. my daughter and I walked in to order. The girl at counter taking orders was nice., but was new and was not trained because she kept asking for help.. her coworker ignored all her questions. We were taking so long that the 2 customers behind us left. 2 of the girls working the drive thru and preparing the orders are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. On Sunday at 4:30 pm, I ordered coffee and some food. While I was enjoying my coffee, a staff member started mopping the floor with strong-smelling chemicals. The odor was so overpowering that I could still taste and smell it two hours later. This completely ruined my experience. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.
This is the closest one I have. So I want to start off by saying the food is delicious but for some reason they always forget my items or they type down the wrong thing. I’m getting annoyed of how many times there getting my orders wrong and how many times I go inside to fix it and Btw This happens all the time.
