I ordered and paid for a sandwich on an everything bagel (there was 1 left in the bin behind the register). I waited at the end of the counter for my order, when the employee there said they were out of everything bagels. Both the employee working the register and I pointed out that there was one in the bin. The employee making the sandwiches looked at me completely seriously and told me that was their "display" bagel and they were out.
