Went there a few weeks ago, walked up to the counter and the girl was standing there on her phone. I stood there for a minute or so, and a line of as forming behind me. I finally said Hello? And she CONTINUED to be on her phone! I asked her about using reward points and said do I need to use the app to make a walk up order (which I was happy to step out of line to do)? She said no. Absolutely disgusting location do not waste your time extremely rude. The young white male worker behind the counter taking my order had cowboy on his name tag went out of his way to be so rude. Refuse to scoop out the bagel I requested for cream cheese on the side he refuse requested to scoop it myself he refused with such attitude I will NEVER go back and I highly suggest if you don't want to be treated like trash than don't go there. Not the friendliest service. Limited food and coffee menu. They're more interested in quick turnover than in good service.
