Coffee always good donuts EH not so good. Seemed like leftover last night's donuts. Coffee fresh and hot.
The workers are usually very nice, they sometimes get the drinks wrong but it happens and they’re usually very nice about.
Stopped here this morning before heading out on our trip , staff was extremely rude , when asked if they had blond espresso we were told “ no that’s Starbucks “ , when in fact I own a coffee shop in my town and we offer blond espresso. Now we will go to Starbucks because the pumpkin spice lattes are bitter and not stirred.
I would like to start off by saying that your own employees reporting each other on niles Facebook pages is by far the most immature act ever. Stating that you work with name tags (which you do not) and admitting to spitting in drinks. 2 girls with glasses have been complained about that spit in drinks. The males who work there are constantly flirting with co workers. The lock the doors 15-20 minutes before you guys even close.
