Cheerfully polite Great drink
Decided to treat myself to a coffee before work, drive the extra 15 mins The line went pretty quickly. Asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso with some cream. They say they can't mix dairy and non dairy (in my cup) ok. I kind of get that. I pull up she hands me a cup, not full. I had to ask for my creamer on the side and then for the straw. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing team at Dunkin'. Kalanie, Samantha, and Aman are great workers who always go above and beyond. The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly, making every visit a pleasure. Keep up the fantastic work!
They stole my money! I put in an online order, and when I arrived, they said they don't have the products. That's fine, but when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't give me a refund! This is a LIE, whenever I put in an order and it can't be fulfilled Dunkin stores have given me a refund AT THE STORE AT THE MOMENT they determine they cannot fill the order. The owners of this store should have their franchisee license TERMINATED and the store should be given to a franchisee that is / are not crooks!
