Well, lost a star in my book. I visit our local dunkin' often. And in MOST drive-thrus they let their customers vechile come to a stop in order to grab said drinks and food... Not our local dunkin. It wasn't the first time and probably will not be the last but these girls will just thrust that food and drink out the window before you can even press the brakes, let alone let go of your steering wheel smh. I mean im not gonna stop visiting but this should be addressed with employees.
Staff was amazing. And the store was very clean. The main reason I stopped in was i wanted a good donut. The donuts are basically day old donuts even at 9am on a Sunday. I am really disappointed. I hate to say but I think the local grocery store has fresher donuts and that is mind blowing. It has to be frozen donuts thawed then iced or they get shipments every couple days. I guess the saving grace was 2 donuts were like $3.50. Will not come back for the donuts.
This is the ONLY dunkin’ in the Berrien County area this is actually pretty consistent with drinks. I love ordering here without the fear of getting a bad drink. They seem to actually try and make the drinks consistently. Also super efficient, they are insanely fast every single time. Even when it’s busy the lines moves so fast.
