I work in the area and often stop by before work. The music is very loud, and the acoustics make it hard to hear or be heard. The large plastic board used for crowd control doesn’t help either. It blocks the counter and makes it harder to place orders. On top of that, the noise from the kitchen, like clanging utensils and loud prep work, dominates the space. The staff needs to be retrained on how to make food
Coffee tasted good, but I severely doubt both of the bathrooms are out of order. They probably don’t want to clean them every hour.
