If I could give it zero I would. There’s no point in ordering on the app because you’re just gonna have to sit in line anyway.
Just raggedy, mad because I didn't want cold food after I sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes. Asked for no pickles on my burger because I'm allergic to them, guess they missed that memo. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but a little grace goes a long way
The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me.
