Love Dunkin, this location is usually pretty fast and the love moves much faster than Starbucks.
Over the past few months, the already sluggish wait times have increased dramatically. I understand that if there's more than one or two cars in line, I'll have to wait 10 minutes or more, which is slower than almost any other drive-thru. Within the last few months, their staff seems to have changed and we're up to 10+ minutes per car. Today, I was stuck for 45 minutes and they even got my order wrong. Not even an apology.
