I ordered online, whenever I came to the drive thru to pick up my order the gentleman inside said they were out of the donuts I wanted, I asked for another kind he said they were out of that one as well so I picked another kind and yet again out of that one as well , for this being my first time at dunkin I'm extremely disappointed I don't think I will be returning I can go to a local donut shop and get what I want , For Dunkin to be what America runs on this is a sad joke

They got our drink order wrong, the staff wasn’t polite, and they didn’t bother to chop up the bacon topping on our avocado toast, in which the sourdough bread tasted raw. Also ordered a cream cheese bagel which was also burnt.
